EFFECTIVE Jan. 22, 2012, the U.S. Postal Service raised their parcel rates. Due to the increase in parcel postage and shipping supplies, please note that we had to adjust our S&H fee accordingly.
For U.S.A. & Canada Customers: (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
Customers located in the U.S. and Canada will only pay a flat S&H charge of $3.35 per order.
We quickly process orders in 1 to 2 business days.
Our business is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Please note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays.
Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting weekends and holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.

**For 3 or more SG's, please note that $38.00 is the AT-COST charge for Express Mail International Flat-Rate Envelopes from the U.S. Postal Service. This is for expedited service that would arrive into international countries in approximately 6 days. But please note, delivery times may vary. This service also includes insurance and tracking. Please note that we do not charge any handling fees for Express Mail Services. We prefer to use this service because it protects both parties. If your package gets lost or stolen, the Express Mail has full insurance and will guarantee your money back.
Also, as another option, we can ship your order via Registered Mail instead of Express Mail. Registered Mail provides the maximum security but it does not provide daily tracking, and transit time will vary too. Transit can take from 1 week to 4 weeks or longer. If you would prefer this option of Registered Mail, please email us for a quote. Thanks!
